It is often discussed whether or not lawyers and other legal professionals should be able to code. In this webinar experts will discuss the technical (non legal) skills legal professionals need to acquire. MARÍA JESÚS GONZÁLEZ-ESPEJO
María is a founding partner at the Instituto de Innovación Legal, and the managing partner of Emprendelaw, consulting firm advising professional services companies – law firms and consultants- on strategy, marketing, communications, people and knowledge management.
She is the author of several books on management of law firms, a frequent contributor for professional media, a teacher at several universities and a lecturer for many conferences and workshops. She has been a lawyer during the first half of her career, specializing in IP, Data Protection and Contracts, working with law firms Clifford Chance, Gómez-Acebo&Pombo, and as a corporate counsel at Orbis-Fabbri and Consodata. She studied law at University Complutense of Madrid and Amsterdam University. She is DEA in Public Law by UNED. She is founding member of Madrid #LegalHackers, President of the Latin American Legal Professionals Women Association (AMJI) and board member at ELTA.
